Check out the new film clip of Tom Felton in “Belle”

As we shared with you previously, Tom Felton – who portrayed Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter film series – trades in his wizard robes for 18th century attire in Fox Searchlight’s upcoming film Belle.

Inspired by a true story, Belle follows the life of Dido Elizabeth Belle (played by Gugu-Mbatha-Raw), an illegitimate, mixed-race young woman raised in an aristocratic family in Georgian England. Belle’s lineage affords her certain privileges, yet her status prevents her from the traditions of noble social standing. While her cousin Elizabeth chases suitors for marriage, Belle is left on the sidelines, wondering if she will ever find love.

Check out a brand new clip from Belle, featuring Tom Felton as James Ashford, a young man courting Belle’s cousin Elizabeth (played by Sarah Gadon). Draco Malfoy has come a long way in wooing the ladies!
