“Deathly Hallows – Part 2” advanced tickets selling out fast

With just a week to go until Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, advanced ticket sales for the day of release are selling out fast.

According to an article from Entertainment Weekly, Fandango has already reported that over 2,000 shows have been sold out. Fandango is also stating that the ticket sales for the finale are

“outpacing each previous Potter film in ticket sales on Fandango at the same point in each film’s sales cycle.”

Additionally, MovieTickets.com is witnessing similar sales on their site, indicating that they have nearly 2,000 sold out shows as well. According to Box Office Mojo, the finale will be released in over 4,200 theaters across the country. So what does all of this mean? If you don’t already have your ticket for a showtime on the day of release, you better act faster than Harry can go on his firebolt.
