Pumpkin Shake

Thick and rich pumpkin shakes are a refreshing fall treat.

  • 1 banana peeled, frozen
  • 3 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
  • 3 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup water
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • cinnamon (optional)


  • Cut frozen banana into small pieces.
  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour into two tall glasses, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle cinnamon over top.
