MeganThick and rich pumpkin shakes are a refreshing fall treat.
- 1 banana peeled, frozen
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
- 3 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop ice cream vanilla
- 1/3 cup water
- whipped cream (optional)
- cinnamon (optional)
- Cut frozen banana into small pieces.
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into two tall glasses, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle cinnamon over top.
