Half-Blood Prince overcomes Goblet of Fire in box office
Several sources are reporting that Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has moved ahead of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire in all-time box office earnings.
Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince became the third biggest film in the series worldwide after adding $7.7m from 5,000 screens in 61 markets through Warner Bros Pictures International (WBPI) for $610.5m overseas and $904.9m globally.
Box Office Mojo also places Half-Blood Prince ahead of Goblet of Fire, but with slightly different numbers.
