Hagrid’s Dirty Cakes

Hagrid's meals are not usually chosen over Mrs. Weasley's, but Jessica's recipe for dirty cakes made with love are an absolute favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box cake mix french vanilla
  • 1 can frosting cream cheese
  • 1 sleeve Oreos

Instructions
 

  • Bake french vanilla cake mix according to package instructions, yielding 20 cupcakes.
  • While cupcakes are baking, remove cream from Oreos and crush cookies. Place crushed Oreos in bowl and set aside.
  • Once cupcakes are cool, apply frosting to desired thickness.
  • Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top of cupcakes, covering completely.

Notes

  • If desired, place cupcakes in refrigerator to chill before serving to set frosting firm.
