New Pottermore features coming soon – “Book page” plus more commenting options

MuggleNet previously reported that with the upcoming final installment of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban on Pottermore, users will be able to navigate through chapters without worrying about order. Pottermore Insider just confirmed another new aspect of the Pottermore experience to also take effect with the release of the final chapters of Prisoner of Azkaban. Users will be able to comment on the books, the chapters, every special entry from J.K. Rowling, and every Moment.

The seven Potter books will be given a “Book page” explaining the highlights of each novel. On these “Book pages” users can comment and discuss their thoughts on a particular book regardless of whether the book is available to explore yet or not. This provides a fun and easy way for users to discuss and interact with other fans about the books.

This is just one of the several changes that will be coming to Pottermore later this summer. How do you think these changes will affect your enjoyment and usage of the site? Do you like the changes so far? Leave a comment below!
