Dear Oswin,

You could try first engaging the mess with your standard mop and bucket, then attacking it attentively with Mrs. Skower’s All-Purpose Magical Mess Remover. But then again, why spend a bottle of the good stuff when you could just write-up a student and make them do it for their detention?
