Universal Orlando’s WWoHP Celebrates Its Fifth Anniversary!

It’s hard to believe that it has been five years since the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios in Orlando first opened!

Since June 18, 2010, millions of Potter fans have visited the park, the Diagon Alley expansion has opened, and Hogsmeade parks have opened at several locations around the world. In celebration of this momentous event, Universal Orlando’s blog has shared some of its best memories of the park’s opening festivities, including a red carpet appearance by J.K. Rowling.

Here at MuggleNet we’ve got lots of memories of our own – we’ve posted over 400 articles about the Wizarding World parks, some of them stretching all the way back to 2006, when the idea of a Potter theme park was just a rumor.
