If Fred and George were your brothers, you’d be teased and picked on for every move you made. However, they’d gladly hex someone in a heartbeat for picking on you. Only they’d be allowed to make fun of you.

If Fred and George were your brothers, you’d never have to worry about being bored. They’d always be creating glorious chaos that would keep you entertained.

If Fred and George were your brothers, you wouldn’t know what a peaceful life was. You’d always be the target of their Wizard Wheezes and their mischievous behavior.

If Fred and George were your brothers, you wouldn’t have to worry about them ratting you out for making out with your boyfriend or girlfriend. They’d just awkwardly interrupt you by saying “Moooorning” in the creepiest voice they could manage.

If Fred and George were your brothers, you wouldn’t be afraid to test the limits to achieve your goals. They taught you that anything in life is possible.

If Fred and George were your brothers, you’d have to constantly worry about their safety because they have no fear of breaking the rules and no fear of the consequences they might face.

If Fred and George were your brothers, you’d assure your mother that they’d never been a bad influence. Instead, you’d convince her that they made you a much better person than you would’ve been without them in your life.

If Fred and George were your brothers, you’d realize you have much more than two brothers. You’d realize that you have two best friends.

If Fred and George were your brothers, on May 2, 1998, a piece of your heart would’ve gotten ripped out as you stared at Fred’s lifeless body, seeing the ghost of his last laugh on his face. You wouldn’t be able to contain your sobs as you realized that you’d never hear his laugh or see his smile again.

If Fred and George were your brothers, you’d have to fight about who would be the one to name their first child after Fred. However, you’d ultimately decide that George should have the honor because while you lost a brother, he lost his other half.

If Fred and George were your brothers, every May 2, you’d be reminded of the terrible loss that your family suffered. You’d realize that while it’s not okay and never will be, you’d have come to terms with the loss, and you’d be thankful that Fred played such an important part in making your life beautiful.
