Here at MuggleNet, we love cats. You know who else loves cats?  Dolores Umbridge, Senior Undersecretary to the Minister of Magic, and today she had decided to take over MuggleNet and fill it with Ministry of Magic approved articles. There are articles being published about censorship, summer reading lists, half-breeds, and many more. I’ve been lucky enough to get paired with Umbridge to present to you her favorite cat GIFs. She’s even come up with names for all of them. I’m not sure how she discovered cat GIFs, but I’ve been told that I’m legally required to be very excited to get started on this project.
