Celebrating the holidays at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Hollywood is truly magical, but now it is even tastier! The Three Broomsticks menu has been updated just for December to embrace this festive time of year, and we think you will agree, they have pulled out all the stops.

Holiday Feast – The first course will be a [b]utternut squash soup with crème fraiche. The main course will be a combination of Beef Wellington served with a tarragon aioli sauce and oven roast turkey served with gravy, sage stuffing, roast sweet potato, dried cherries, and winter vegetables.

 

For those looking for a smaller – though equally delicious – choice, there is a new sandwich with a seasonal flair.

 

Specialty Chicken Sandwich – Honey [a]le[-]marinated baked chicken breast with melted cheddar cheese, Applewood smoked bacon, roasted roma tomatoes, lettuce, and béarnaise sauce on a toasted brioche bun.

 

To complete your meal, or if you’re just in the mood for dessert, this mouthwatering new offering should hit the spot.

 

Eton Mess – A traditional English dessert consisting of a mixture of strawberries, broken meringue, and whipped heavy cream.
