“Harry Potter”-Themed Escape Room to Open in Ontario!

Continuing the ever-growing trend of “escape rooms” – attractions designed with challenges that a group is required to solve within a given time frame in order to “escape” from an established scenario – one provider in Oshawa, Ontario, is introducing a Harry Potter-themed game!

As Digital Spy writes, Oshawa Escape Rooms is launching Escaping Hogwarts:

You have been cursed on the Hogwarts [E]xpress on your way home, what better to do than to go back to school! Only problem now is you’re locked in! Can you escape before Filch catches you and hangs you by your toes in the dungeon?

Digital Spy elaborates on the challenge:

You have been cursed on the train ride home for the summer and it didn’t wear off until you got back to school!

You are having the time of your life roaming the castle at night with no-one to stop you. The only problem? The doors locked behind you and you can’t get out!

You have 60 minutes before Filch the caretaker comes back from Hogsmeade because when he catches you, he will hang you by your toes in the dungeon, so you better think quick to find a way out!
