“Yule” Love What’s Happening in “Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery”
The wintery months are here, and that means Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is transforming into a winter wonderland. Snow is covering the castle grounds, and the common rooms are dressed accordingly. Grab your favorite Weasley sweater and a mug of warm butterbeer, and get ready to make the season bright with all the merriment going on in-game.

A new month brings a new Magical Milestones event. This month’s outfit, Winter Wonderlights!, is putting on the ritz. This gold and black ensemble features shiny sheens and will have you lighting up any room you enter.

In a recent update, we mentioned the Puzzling Potions event that certain players had access to. Hogwarts Mystery has officially made this event open to all players now. By earning Club XP, you find bottles and use them to remove a tile of the same color in the puzzle to uncover hidden potion ingredients. Collect all the ingredients and brew the potion to earn some rewards.

Since it’s the season of giving, Hogwarts Mystery is raising funds for the national campaign No Kid Hungry, which is fighting to end childhood hunger in the United States. To get everyone in on this initiative, the Christmas Charity Chocolate Frog Hunt kicked off today. All we have to do is watch the Hogwarts Mystery social media channels for clues, find the chocolate frog, collect free energy, and unlock donations.

Potions and Chocolate Frogs aren’t enough for December, so Hogwarts Mystery is giving us more adventures to tackle this month. Special giveaways and events will be happening all month long, and we’ll have the opportunity to put together the perfect party before the holidays begin, provided that we don’t run out of time. A new creature is making its way to the game as well – be on the lookout for the hodag.
