Over the past few months we’ve been telling you about the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter. It will afford you the opportunity to visit the actual sets in the “Harry Potter” films at the actual studio where they were shot!

A couple of months ago we learned that Leavesden Studios – where all the Harry Potter films have been shot – would add a permanent “Potter” area for fans to come visit. They’ve now launced an Official Facebook page.

The other day we shared with you a story from USA Today which stated Warner Brothers was designing a hotel near Leavesden Studios for guests of the ‘Making of Harry Potter’ tour.  What’s more, the reports said it would be Harry Potter-themed.

We can now confirm that there are no plans to create a hotel or make it Potter-themed.

With the announcement just a few weeks ago that ‘The Making of Harry Potter’ will officially open in Spring 2012, USA Today is now reporting that the $160 million redevelopment plan by Warner Bros. for the studios
