Playbill.com reported that well-known British actor and presenter Stephen Fry – known in the Potter world as the narrator of the UK versions of the audio books – attended the Royal Television Society Awards in London on Tuesday evening and scooped up the award for Best Presenter. He won said award for his television show Stephen Fry: Out There, which showed him traveling the world to see how gay communities are treated in different countries.
Following his recent award success for Gravity, Alfonso Cuarón will be heading to China to attend the Beijing International Film Festival, which takes place April 16-23. Alfonso is expected to take part in a session on coproduction, which will take place on April 17. London Children’s Ballet is a charitable trust that has been running for 20 years and gives children from all backgrounds, ages 9-16, the chance to learn, perfect, and perform the art of ballet. Their latest production will be based on the Nanny McPhee films, which starred Emma Thompson (Sybill Trelawney) as the title character.
