Calling all Pottermore potion brewers, point collectors, and duelers – the Pottermore Insider has announced that the next Pottermore House Cup will be awarded this month!
As a Ravenclaw, I know how tough it can be to be a fan in one of the series’s neglected Hogwarts houses: Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin – it seems Gryffindor gets all the love! It seems there aren’t any characters that remind us of how cool our house is or what a Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff really looks like.
In this series of posts started last week, Tori and I will be asking, “Would you rather…” and presenting two options along with a list of their pro’s and con’s. Your job: let us know which wins for you and why.
For this post the question is: Would you rather be sorted into Slytherin or Ravenclaw? In order to weigh our options lets look at what we know about each house along with a few pros and cons:
When I was younger, I used to find the idea of being sorted into a house incredibly appealing. I wanted to be a Gryffindor, just like Harry, and grow up with a group of people as amazing as the members of the Gryffindor House. But the concept of being forced to enter a house when you’re still eleven years old has begun to bother me quite a lot for different reasons.
We posted last week about Ravenclaw’s victory in the fifth official Pottermore House Cup, and now the Pottermore Insider Blog has announced that members of Ravenclaw will receive a very special prize.
About 15,000 teenage girls queued up at the London open auditions for the part of Luna Lovegood in the “Order of the Phoenix” movie.
