Reminder: 2012 Academy Award nominees coming soon

The moment we have all been waiting for is almost here. At 8:30am Eastern time this morning, the 2012 Oscar nominations will be announced. Harry Potter fans will know if the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has chosen to recognize the final film in the record-breaking series for their upcoming 2012 Academy Awards.

The announcement is being made on the American Broadcasting Channel’s (ABC) “Good Morning America” show, and MuggleNet is Live Blogging the announcement right here.

Alternatively for those without access to ABC, announcement coverage is being broadcast on The Internet Movie Database. We will provide a full update of Potter’s nominations following the announcement, as well as on our Twitter.
