Goodreads Choice Awards final round – vote for “The Cuckoo’s Calling”

We previously reported that The Cuckoo’s Calling by Robert Galbraith (a pseudonym for J.K. Rowling) was nominated in the opening round of the Goodreads Choice Awards in the Best Mystery & Thriller category. We’re now happy to let you know that the novel was successful in the opening and semifinal rounds, and voting is now open for the final round!

Last year, J.K. Rowling’s first novel for adults, The Casual Vacancy, was victorious in the Best Fiction category. The Cuckoo’s Calling, which currently has an average rating of 3.86 on Goodreads, has generally received a warmer response from readers than The Casual Vacancy, which has an average rating of only 3.25.

I have been a fan of Harry since 2000, a fan of MuggleNet since 2005, and a MuggleNet team member since 2013. I believe in the power of stories to bring people together, and nothing does that quite like Harry Potter. I’m an annoyingly proud Canadian and live in Toronto.
