DVD release date announced for “Noah”
Paramount Home Media Distribution has announced that Noah, starring Emma Watson, will be released on Blu-ray combo pack, DVD, and VOD on July 29. For those who can’t wait, it will also be available two weeks earlier, July 15, on digital HD.
The Biblical film, which hit theaters in March, tells the story of the building of Noah’s Ark. Emma plays Noah’s adopted daughter, Ila. The film also stars Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Anthony Hopkins, and Logan Lerman. You can read some of what Emma previously had to say about the film here and here.
The Blu-ray combo pack will include access to a digital HD copy of the film and over an hour of special features, including explorations of filming on location in Iceland and building a life-sized ark. The listed features are:
- Feature film in high definition
- Iceland: Extreme Beauty
- The Ark Exterior: A Battle for 300 Cubits
- The Ark Interior: Animals Two By Two
