UPDATED: Rupert Grint plans a con job in new clip from upcoming film “Moonwalkers”
UPDATE Mar. 16: Alchemy has picked up all North American rights to Moonwalkers after its premiere at SXSW. Alchemy CEO Bill Lee said in his announcement,
‘Moonwalkers’ is a wildly imaginative, one-of-a-kind action movie. [Director] Antoine Bardou-Jacquet has crafted something truly original that we look forward to bringing to a wide audience.
Also, take a look at these photos of Rupert and his co-stars at Saturday’s premiere, thanks to Ice Cream Man.
Yesterday, in conjunction with its premiere at the SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas, Partizan released another clip of Rupert Grint‘s newest film, Moonwalkers.
Set in London, the film is an action-comedy depicting conspiracy theories surrounding the 1969 moon landing. CIA agent Kidman (played by Ron Perlman) unwillingly joins forces with sketchy rock band manager Jonny (Rupert Grint) to shoot a fake moon landing.
The new clip also stars Robert Sheehan, who is no stranger to Rupert after co-starring alongside him in Cherrybomb (2009). The new Moonwalkers clip is ripe with profanity and recreational drug use, so viewer discretion is advised.
If you haven’t already seen it, be sure to check out the first Moonwalkers clip we posted yesterday and stills from the film we posted back in February.
What do you think of the new clip? Are you excited to see Rupert and Sheehan acting together again?
