2016 Harry Potter Book Night Announced by Bloomsbury UK!

Bloomsbury UK has just announced that second Harry Potter Book Night will take place in 2016. The first Harry Potter Book Night took place earlier this year, and MuggleNet was lucky to be involved in the Waterstones’s Piccadilly event, alongside illustrator Jonny Duddle.

So get ready: the second Harry Potter Book Night will take place February 4, 2016.

The Harry Potter Book Night website says,

Once again, fans of all ages will have the chance to celebrate J.K. Rowling’s wonderful novels – and pass the magic on to young readers who haven’t yet discovered these unforgettable books.

For the first Harry Potter Book Night in February 2015, there were an amazing 10,500 parties and celebrations held all over the world, and we were overwhelmed by your fabulous pictures – so we can’t wait to see where your imaginations take you next.

There will be masses of magical ideas, events and activities for you to get involved with, which we will be announcing over the coming months, so please do accept this as your official invitation to join the fun and start your own planning.

As the date approaches, more details about events will be revealed, but for now, make sure that you save the date and get planning those Book Nights! More details are available on the Bloomsbury UK special Harry Potter page, and you can sign up to receive more details here.

If you can’t wait that long, then don’t forget that MuggleNet is throwing a special Potter party with YALC this July, which should keep you going until next February.
