Rocky Horror Comes to Hogwarts

by Rachael Dechert · October 29, 2015

October is the best time to go see a Shadow Cast of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. There are shows everywhere for Halloween. So go out and see one or better yet, be in one.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show has come to Hogwarts. In this strange yet amazing reality, everyone is expected to participate. Timelines are suspended, and those who have graduated are brought back for this event. Differences are put aside for this one night when Hogwarts puts on The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

The Criminologist – Albus Dumbledore

Albus Dumbledore would make the perfect narrator of this show.  He would also be the director. You know that this whole thing would be his idea. He’d use the excuse that it was Halloween to put on this show.

Dr. Everett Scott – Remus Lupin

Remus would find this whole thing a little ridiculous, but he would let himself be dragged into it just like Dr. Scott. Lets just hope he doesn’t find the Zen Room.

Eddie – Sirius Black

Sirius would love this. Eddie is the perfect part for him, and he could even provide his own motorcycle. Hogwarts will be in for some siriusly good fun.

Columbia – Fred and George Weasley

Seeing both Fred and George playing Columbia at the same time would be hilarious. They would totally insist on it. I don’t know if it has been done before, but I would love to see it.

Rocky Horror – Severus Snape

Professor Snape would be very reluctant to participate, and he would hate playing Rocky, but just think about how amazing this would be to watch.

Brad Majors – Harry Potter

Harry really is the best choice for Brad. He’d be a little clueless at the beginning, and then he would start to catch on. Just please don’t start writing on churches Harry.

Sure, Harry.

Janet Weiss – Hermione Granger

You know Hermione would be an amazing Janet. After seeing Emma Watson play her in The Perks of Being a Wallflower, I have been unable to see anyone else as Janet.

Magenta – Bellatrix Lestrange

Bellatrix already is Magenta, so it would not be difficult for her to play this role. The main difference between the two characters is that one is an alien, and the other is a witch. If these two ever met they would have a great time together.

Riff Raff – Lucius Malfoy

Lucius Malfoy is my favorite Death Eater, so it makes sense that I would choose him to be my favorite Rocky Horror character. Riff Raff is a dedicated follower of Frank, but then he turns on Frank because he wants to go home with his sister. Sound familiar?

Frank N. Furter – Lord Voldemort

Let’s face it, Lord Voldemort playing Frank is the most hilarious thing ever. They both have a lot in common, too. They both have minions, are antagonists, and like to kill people.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show has turned Hogwarts into a very silly place. I don’t think Dumbledore will allow it next year, but we’ve had our fun, so oh well.

Potter Quote

“I shall expect you and the Slytherins in the Great Hall in twenty minutes, also. If you wish to leave with your students, we shall not stop you. But if any of you attempt to sabotage our resistance or take up arms against us within this castle, then, Horace, we duel to kill.”
