Anthony Boyle Helps Raise Money for Charity with Concert

Before adventuring to New York’s Broadway next year with the rest of the original cast of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Anthony Boyle (Scorpius Malfoy) will be returning to his hometown to help raise money for local charities.

Boyle, who recently won an Olivier Award for his portrayal of Scorpius Malfoy, will be joining other guests from Northern Ireland at West Belfast’s Christmas in the City Gala Concert on December 10. This concert, which was able to raise £10,000 for local charities last year, will be raising funds this year for four local charities – The Cancer Fund for Children, the Atlantic Youth Trust, Engineers Without Borders, and Pieta House. Boyle will be joined by guests such as West End star Fra Free, who is currently performing in The Ferryman,  soprano Aoife Miskelly, and other prominent performers and musicians from Northern Ireland, as well as young singers and musicians from the local area. The program includes festive music as well as holiday-themed readings, and all proceeds will go directly to charity.
