Pandora’s “Harry Potter” Collection Is Launching Just in Time for the Holidays

by Thea McCarty · Published November 28, 2019 · Updated July 14, 2020

Gather up your Galleons – Pandora’s much-anticipated Harry Potter collection launches today! Warner Bros. and Pandora Jewelry announced their partnership earlier this year with an exciting press release and the month in which the collection would be released. However, a majority of the specific details were kept a secret from the public.

Now Pandora has released images from the line and given a specific release date of November 28, 2019. The line can be found online and in all stores across the Muggle world.

A magical web of "Harry Potter" X Pandora Hogwarts House charms

The collection features 12 hand-crafted charms featuring iconic “Harry Potter” symbols.

The collection features iconic characters, symbols, and phrases on 12 different hand-finished pieces. Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley have been immortalized in their own sterling silver charms. Other well-known symbols that can be found in the jewelry line are the Hogwarts Express, Dobby the house-elf, Hogwarts Castle, and even special charms for each of the Hogwarts Houses. The collection even features a limited-edition Golden Snitch.

The iconic symbols and characters can be found in the new Harry Potter X Pandora collection.

Each charm is hand-crafted in sterling silver.

Pandora’s Chief Creative and Brand Officer, Stephen Fairchild, expressed his excitement for the new collection:

Through our Harry Potter-inspired jewellery, Pandora and Harry Potter fans can express their love for magic, fantasy, bravery and the power of friendship. Pandora fans have asked for this collection for years, and we are really excited that it is here.

The collection is available now and would make the perfect gift for any Harry Potter fan in your life. From young to old, everyone can experience the magic of the wizarding world with this fun Pandora collection.

Press Release

Pandora launches Harry Potter collection

Global collaboration introduces hand-finished jewellery inspired by the iconic Harry Potter films. Products are available across all of Pandora’s stores and online from November 28.

In partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Pandora introduces a capsule collection of 12 hand-finished products, including charms, pendants and a bracelet inspired by iconic characters and symbols from the Harry Potter films.

Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley are brought to life as sterling silver charms, along with recognisable symbols from the popular books and movies, like Hogwarts Castle and a limited-edition Golden Snitch pendant in Pandora Shine.

Pandora’s Chief Creative and Brand Officer, Stephen Fairchild, says of the collection: “Through our Harry Potter-inspired jewellery, Pandora and Harry Potter fans can express their love for magic, fantasy, bravery and the power of friendship. Pandora fans have asked for this collection for years, and we are really excited that it is here.”

When designing the collection, Francesco Terzo and A. Filippo Ficarelli, Pandora’s VP Creative Directors, were inspired by the iconic characters to create hand-crafted jewellery that fuses the universe of Pandora and the [w]izarding [w]orld.

Completing the collection is a Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry charm, a Dobby the [h]ouse[-e]lf charm and a Hogwarts Express charm with “Anything from the trolley, dears?” engraved on the bottom.

All four Hogwarts [H]ouse charms are represented in sterling silver double dangles with craftsmanship details that will excite super fans, like a front disc detailed with the [H]ouse crest surrounded by man-made stones in [H]ouse colours. On the back disc, the edges are detailed with crenellations, in reference to the battlements of Hogwarts Castle, and a bail shaped like the Hogwarts crest.

Within the collection is also a Golden Snitch bangle, which is an update of the classic Pandora Moments bangle featuring the iconic Quidditch symbol at the clasp.

The Harry Potter x Pandora collection will be in Pandora stores worldwide and on pandora.net from 28 November 2019.
