Give Us the Rest of the Weasleys: Funko Pop! Figures We Wish They Would Make

The newest wave of Harry Potter Funko Pop! vinyl figures is available for preorder. Who already has eight or more versions of the trio? Let’s see those hands go up. If your hand, like mine, shot into the air like Hermione’s in Potions class, let’s face it: We’re going to cave this time too.

The new wave includes several new Harry Potter figures, Hermione, Draco, Neville, Ron, and Dumbledore. Funko is also releasing 10-inch figures of Dumbledore and Voldemort and an 18-inch figure of Harry.

Check out the complete new wave and their release dates in the video below.

MuggleNet has also compiled a list of all the Harry Potter Funko Pops! with the newest additions right at the top for easy finding.

While Hermione levitating the feather is adorable, this latest wave, like those before it, has me thinking about the characters we’ve yet to see a single version of. Here is a list of characters I would love to see Funko Pop! renderings of in future waves.

Complete Weasley Family

How adorable would a little Arthur Weasley holding a rubber duck be? He could be joined by Molly Weasley, knitting away at one of her famous sweaters. To complete the family, we’re still missing three of the siblings: Percy, Bill, and Charlie. Personally, I find it amazing that Funko hasn’t taken the opportunity to make Percy Weasley, prefect badge and all. Bill could have the distinctive scars on his face from his run-in with Fenrir Greyback, and Charlie could be accompanied by a miniature dragon.

Hogwarts Teacher Appreciation

Let’s get this straight. They’ve made a Dolores Umbridge Pop!, but not Filius Flitwick, Pomona Sprout, or Firenze? Flitwick is an iconic part of the Hogwarts experience. Professor Sprout would be so cute with her pink earmuffs, and how cool would a centaur Pop! be?

Gryffindor Quidditch Captains

There are Quidditch versions of Harry, Ron, Ginny, and Draco, but we’re missing two fearless leaders of the Gryffindor Quidditch team. Both Oliver Wood and Angelina Johnson deserve to have their likenesses preserved in lightweight plastic and paint.

“Key, please.”

Griphook was there on Harry’s very first venture into the wizarding world and also re-entered the picture near the end of the series. I would love to see a Griphook Funko Pop! holding the key to Harry’s vault in one hand and a lantern in the other.

Don’t forget about Dean!

Books-A-Million put out an exclusive Seamus Finnegan Pop!, but there is still no Dean Thomas. How can you have one without the other? We demand justice for our Muggle-born, soccer-loving friend.

Fantastic Beasts Fan Favorites

In the lead-up to the release of both Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, Funko released a series of figures for the films. However, while there are already seven versions of Newt Scamander, three fan favorites are noticeably absent from the collection. There’s no Leta Lestrange, Theseus Scamander, or Credence. The hosts on MuggleNet’s SpeakBeasty podcast jokingly speculated that maybe they haven’t made Credence because they can’t figure out what name to put on the box.

So as we’re clearing off our shelves for our fourth version of Dumbledore (don’t judge us), think about what characters you would like to see that Funko hasn’t made yet. Let us know in the comments!

I was 9 years old when I discovered the magic that is “Harry Potter.” I am a proud Hufflepuff and exceedingly good at eating, reading, being sarcastic, and over-thinking small tasks. Since I spent too much time worrying about the correct way to write this bio, this is all I was able to come up with before the deadline.
