David Heyman received the Order of the Golden Sphinx at the Hasty Pudding Institute’s annual gala on Monday. The award celebrates “his career-long contributions to the arts.” The annual ceremony took place in New York City. Congratulations to David – a very well-deserved award!
The late Roger Lloyd Pack (Barty Crouch, Sr.), who sadly passed away this year, will be heard in the upcoming Bloomsbury Group spoof season. Roger recorded his parts for the show toward the end of last year, and the first episode of the show will be dedicated to him. Roger plays “the amorous gardener Gosling and long-suffering husband Lionel Fox.”

It’s World Book Day in the UK today, which promotes and celebrates reading, particularly for children and young people.
