We’re sure that you’re all really excited to hear what the “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” panel has to say about the upcoming film tomorrow, July 23, at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. But while we’re waiting, some brand new artwork for the film has been released.
Pottermore has today revealed several new details about a certain magical device seen in the “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” trailer.
Part exhibition and part retail outlet, the House of MinaLima is now open!
It’s been a quiet month in the “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” world, but we’re back again, bringing you all the latest “Fantastic Beasts” news and highlights, as well as rounding up everything that we’ve learned recently about the upcoming film.
Fans who are set to visit London this summer for the opening of “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” will have one more activity to add to their list – visiting House of MinaLima, an exhibition of props and limited-edition prints opening in June!
A new graphic design offering from MinaLima was one of the first pieces of news released after we learned that “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” would become a film trilogy. In the years since, we’ve anxiously waited to find out just exactly what happens to Newt in New York City – but we’ve also been excited to get a glimpse of how “Potter” alumni Eduardo Lima and Miraphora Mina dream up the graphic design of the 1920s wizarding world.

As previously reported, for one week only (May 27-June 6), Studio Tour visitors will have the rare opportunity to walk through the front door of Number Four, Privet Drive and look into the Dursleys’ front room. There they will find hundreds of Harry’s Hogwarts letters, created by MinaLima, suspended in the air as though they’ve flown through the fireplace as they famously did in “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone”.
