Universal Orlando has said that they will be raising starting pay for employees beginning June 1. The resort is currently in the process of trying to fill hundreds of new openings, ahead of the impending opening of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley this summer.

We have a ton of new construction photos showing the highly anticipated Diagon Alley expansion at Universal Orlando in Florida. The pictures highlight the progress that has been made at the site in the past few weeks alone.
Pictures have been revealed of the new shop front for Madam Puddifoot’s Tea Shop at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Orlando (Hogsmeade). The shop front, which reveals the window for the cozy tearoom Harry visits with Cho in “Order of the Phoenix”, currently features an Easter cake for the holiday. The interior has also been revealed.
While Warner Bros. keeps its lips sealed on the rumored expansion, new photos of Gringotts Bank provide evidence of the growing Wizarding World.

Universal Studios confirmed that the “Wizarding World of Harry Potter” will officially open in the Spring 2010. They also released more details about the rides and the park in general.
Warner Bros. and Universal targeted a date between December 15, 2009, and June 30, 2010, for the grand opening of the new “Harry Potter” theme park.
