Livestream tonight with Evanna Lynch and the HPA for the “Equality FTW” campaign

by Keith Hawk · Published August 20, 2012 · Updated January 19, 2017

As we informed you previously, the Harry Potter Alliance (HPA) is in the middle of one of their most important campaigns – Equality FTW. And they NEED YOUR HELP!

Until September 8, the HPA is joining forces with members of the Harry Potter community such as John and Hank Green, Potter Puppet Pals, your favorite Wizard Rockers and so many more to help make this campaign achievable. The Equality FTW campaign fundraiser is a drive to raise $50,000 in order to strengthen the fight for immigration reform, LGBTQ rights and equal access to education.

Tonight at 8:30PM EST, Andrew Slack along with Evanna Lynch and Starkid’s Devin Lytle will be hosting a Livestream event that will feature some amazing new perks for those who donate to the campaign fund. One of these FABULOUS perks includes something that every Harry Potter fan would love to own: Evanna will be signing Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone books and highlighting her favorite passage as well as adding on a personal smiley face! But you will need to act fast as their are only 36 copies remaining!

Be sure to tune in tonight, as the panel will discuss their upcoming “Living the Lovegood Life” project, which was announced at LeakyCon 2012 in Chicago, and knowing this cast, they will probably have quite a few laughs for you.

Did you donate to the Equality FTW campaign yet? Your donation really can make a difference!
