HPA London Chapter Celebrates Birthday with Good Deed Challenge

by Sophie Reid · Published August 31, 2015 · Updated May 4, 2018

The Harry Potter Alliance (HPA) has chapters all over the world, helping to carry out its good work. The London chapter, London Loveiosa, is celebrating its second birthday today, August 31. In order to celebrate this milestone, the chapter has decided to launch a great week-long celebration, called Spread Some Loveiosa, and is encouraging all Harry Potter fans across the world to take part.

Harry Potter Alliance

The campaign, which will run from August 31 to September 6, encourages fans to do good deeds and have the chance to win a special Harry Potter prize each day by sharing their pictures and videos on social media of the day’s theme being embraced. Here’s some more about how the challenge will work:

For the week [of] 31 August – 6 September we’re asking people to complete a good deed around the theme of the day, upload a photo/video to social media with the hashtag #spreadsomeLOVEiosa for the chance to win some awesome prizes including a signed Evanna Lynch photograph and a pair of tickets to the Muggle Tour, Walking Tour of London.

Check out the themes for the rest of the week in the pictures below – ranging from sharing to making.

Today’s theme (August 31) is GIVING, so make sure you share your pictures and videos of you giving something. Use #spreadsomeloveiosa to get involved.

Remember, fans all over the world can take part, so make sure you share your creations, good deeds, and more to Twitter and Facebook over the coming week!
