Social Media Roundup: Headshots and Haircuts!

It’s all about the old and the new this Social Media Roundup. Our alumni have been reminiscing about the good old days with some cute #OldHeadshotDay posts and celebrating the new beginnings with haircuts and movie sneak peeks!

Judging by this photo, it’s possible that pink was favorite a color of Emma Watson’s back in the day.

Staying in the Granger-Weasley family, Cherelle Skeete, who originated the role of Rose Granger-Weasley in the West End production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, also shared some of her old headshots.

Although not for #OldHeadshotDay, Afshan Azad (Padma Patil) posted a cute throwback to celebrate the beginnings of summer. Look at how little she is!

Warwick Davis showcased a rather distinctive haircut in his old headshot, which was taken when he was only 18 years old.

While we think Warwick looks great in this old snap, it seems that his daughter Annabelle had a rather different opinion!

On the subject of hairstyles, Evanna has chopped her locks! She showed off her new, much shorter, hairdo on Instagram.

Away from the world of haircuts and headshots, the Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald cast attended CinemaCon 2018 in Las Vegas. Fans were treated to new footage from the film, including a glimpse of Nicolas Flamel!

This cast appearance has got us even more excited for the movie’s release! Why is November still so far away?

Finally, not to be outdone by cute throwbacks, new hairstyles, or convention appearances, Chris Columbus posted this adorable photo of himself and his dog, Grampa.

That’s all for this roundup! Don’t forget to keep tuning in to MuggleNet’s Social Media Roundup to stay up to date with your favorite wizarding alumni.

I was given a copy of Philosopher's Stone in 2001, and instantly, I was hooked. Since then, my passion for Potter has been equaled only by my passion for fair access to education (and watching motorsport). A spell I wish could exist in the Muggle world is the summoning charm because this Hufflepuff is not a "particularly good finder"!
