Celebrate Back to Hogwarts at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter
Universal Orlando Resort recently announced that it will be joining in the Back to Hogwarts fun this year with new special events at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The theme park is already one of the best places around to celebrate the start of another year at Hogwarts, but there are plans to make this year even more spectacular. Not only can you wear your school robes, carry your wand, and ride on the Hogwarts Express, but you will now also have the opportunity to participate in special Back to Hogwarts events around the park.
Join your fellow witches and wizards on September 1 as they head back to school with a social media fan meet-up. The event is first come, first served with limited space, and anyone who is interested should keep an eye on the Universal Orlando blog for upcoming details on how to register. Throughout the month of September, there will also be a Back to Hogwarts photo scavenger hunt held all around Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley.
Get all your friends together for group photo ops every Friday in September. Make sure to come dressed in your best cosplay costumes! The event will be held at different locations around the Wizarding World. See the following schedule for locations and times:

The wizard shops of Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade are the best places to get all of your back-to-school shopping done. You can find everything from backpacks and stationery to apparel and accessories! Also, don’t forget Ollivanders, the finest wand shop around!
Once you’re done shopping, relax with a butterbeer or a nice, hot meal at the Three Broomsticks or the Leaky Cauldron. Then head to Florean Fortescue’s Ice-Cream Parlour to try some unique ice cream flavors. The “Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts Castle” night show will also run on select nights in September.
