UPDATED: Lumos Sweepstakes: Win a VIP Tour at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London

For Potterheads, this December promises excitement and festivities in the form of Hogwarts in the Snow at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter, and the charity Lumos is giving you the chance to enter a sweepstakes to win a VIP tour at the Studio Tour next year.

The lucky winner and three friends will marvel at the mesmerizing sets of the Great Hall, Gringotts Wizarding Bank, the Gryffindor common room, and many more and will see the iconic wizarding costumes and magical props worn and used by the actors themselves.

They will get to meet and chat with actor Jason Isaacs, who played the villainous Slytherin Lucius Malfoy, and will then dine in the magnificent Hogwarts Great Hall for a mouthwatering feast.

Update (January 16, 2021):

To sweeten the pot for Potter fans, another huge prize has been added to the Lumos sweepstakes. In addition to the grand prize of a VIP tour of Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter, for this weekend only, you can enter for a chance to win a VIP Harry Potter and the Cursed Child experience.

The experience consists of four tickets to see Cursed Child at the Palace Theatre in London, a backstage tour of the historic theater, a copy of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child: The Journey signed by the original London cast, a replica Harry Potter wand, and $500 spending cash.

Participants must enter or donate between now and Monday, January 18, for a chance to win the VIP Harry Potter and the Cursed Child experience. Of course, the prizes can only be redeemed once the show has reopened and it’s safe to travel.

The Studio Tour is currently closed but is taking bookings for visits between April 1, 2021, to June 30, 2021. Tickets for the remainder of the year will be made available later.

It was announced earlier this week that performances of Cursed Child at the Palace Theatre in London have been postponed until July 18, 2021.

Pending any further updates regarding the pandemic, it’s a chance for one lucky Potter fan to set up an incredible summer vacation immersed in the Wizarding World, all while helping support the charity Lumos.

Be sure to enter by January 18, 2021, for a chance at winning the VIP Harry Potter and the Cursed Child experience.

For the chance to win this unforgettable experience, you can enter for free, or if you are able to, please donate $10 or more to support the charity Lumos, which fights for the rights of children all over the world, aiming to end institutionalization and reunite children with loving families, providing them with better and safer futures.

If you donate $10, you will get 100 entries for the sweepstakes. $25 gives you 250 entries, $75 gives you 750 entries, $250 gives you 2,500 entries, $500 gives you 5,000 entries, and $1000 gives you 10,000 entries. Alternatively, you can do a custom donation, where the amount given is your choice.

All travel and accommodation are included, and you have until March 1, 2021, to enter.

If you’re planning a visit to the Studio Tour before January 17, 2021, you’ll be able to see Hogwarts in the Snow, which features exciting new additions such as the Christmas feast from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and a snowy Diagon Alley – something that wasn’t even shown in the films. In addition to this, magical new special effects can be found in the fireplaces throughout the Studio Tour.

Remember to read the official rules before entering the sweepstakes, and please note that entrants must be 18 or over and residents of either the United Kingdom or the United States.

Will you be visiting Hogwarts in the Snow this year or entering the Lumos sweepstakes? Let us know in the comments.
