Broom Race and Featured Creatures: New Updates to “Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells”

Creating an even more immersive experience for its players, two newly released features have launched on the match-three mobile game Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells: Broom Race and Featured Creatures.

Taking players to new heights, the three-day Broom Race event encourages players to complete their puzzles faster to earn rewards.

The event involves putting players into groups of five, and the aim is to race against one another to see who can complete a series of match-three puzzles within the time limit, with rewards given to those finishing in the top three.

With three rounds containing various levels of difficulty and the opportunity to gain even more prizes, the broom races get more challenging as the player progresses through the event.

Another new feature is Featured Creatures, which has replaced Creature of the Week. This update allows players to utilize their whole collection of magical creatures by picking a different creature every day to earn their maximum bonuses.

The Magical Creatures feature can be unlocked after a player reaches puzzle 24 – the player wins stars to open star chests, and these chests contain both common and rare magical creatures. These creatures can be leveled up to give the player greater powers, which will allow them to win more puzzles.

Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells launched almost three years ago and took the Potter fandom by storm, and it has already celebrated many magical milestones.

The mobile game allows players to experience the magic of Harry Potter through completing match-three games. Each puzzle completed brings the player a further step into the wizarding world, introducing them to various magical creatures, locations, and characters (including professors, students, and more) along the way.

Will you be playing the newly launched Broom Race event? It’s a limited-time event, so you’d better be quick to make sure you get the chance to earn those extra magical prizes.
