by Gretchen Roesch · August 24, 2020

When Wizarding World Digital launched the Harry Potter Fan Club in October 2019, it was with the promise of more goodies to come. Today it was announced that the more than 19 million fan club members can begin collecting new enamel pins starting August 30, with access to the general public becoming available on September 1. The pins will feature “never-before[-]seen designs” and will be available as part of sets or individually.

The Gryffindor pin set features the crest, the sword of Gryffindor, the lion, and more.

Of course, the first sets available to fan club members are the four Houses. Each House set features 6 pins, including a crest, scarf, banner, and one exclusive pin found only in the set. WWD is calling this venture “Pin Seeking,” and each hexagonal pin box will fit with the others so you can display your growing collection.

The hexagonal pin boxes are themed for each Hogwarts House. They also fit together with magnets so you can display your collection.

Since September 1 is also Back to Hogwarts Day, fans will have access to an additional exclusive pin, the Hogwarts Express, for $14.99. You can purchase the House sets online at Wizarding World Digital’s shop or in person at the Harry Potter Shop at Platform 9 ¾, London King’s Cross starting September 1. Each set costs $54.99.

The pins feature unique, never-before-seen designs and showcase iconic "Potter" items and moments.

Wizarding World Gold subscribers have access to the pins starting today, August 24, and receive a 20% discount. If you’re a fan club member, you’ll also get early access – check online August 30 to purchase your set. WWD promises this is just the beginning of the pin-collecting adventure, so stay tuned for the announcement of more sets and exclusives.
