Give Back to Fandom Forward with the 2022 MuggleNet Fandom Calendar!

by Felicia Grady, Kat Miller · November 8, 2021

No one can deny that the last few years have been difficult, both in the world at large and in the Harry Potter fandom. This means that, for many folks, what we want or need from this community has changed. Last year, MuggleNet committed to doing better at uplifting and centering marginalized groups and creating positive change within our community. We are very proud to announce another campaign to help reinforce that commitment.

MuggleNet’s Fandom Calendar is back!
And this time, it’s full of fan art.
Better still? It’s for charity.

The fifth iteration of our fandom calendar is by far the most beautiful. Featuring 13 gorgeous illustrations from some of your (and our!) favorite fan artists, ranging from amateurs to professionals from diverse communities all around the globe, this calendar will be the talk of any home or workspace – we mean it. Siriusly, look at the cover. How absolutely stunning is that?

MuggleNet is so grateful to the following artists who donated their time and talent to help make this project a reality:

  • Alice Negri (@marlavonduta)
  • Ari Messeca (@aridrawspotter)

What makes this calendar different from any other one you could buy at the store?

Not only is the calendar full of visually stunning artwork, but it is also jam-packed with all the information that any magical fan would need. Alongside the national holidays of the four countries making up the largest portion of our audience (the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada), the 2022 MuggleNet Fandom Calendar has returned to its roots, featuring the following dates:

  • Plot events from the Harry Potter novels and Fantastic Beasts films
  • Wizarding World book and film release anniversaries
  • Birthdays of Wizarding World characters
  • Birthdays of Wizarding World cast and crew members

If you ever wondered when to commemorate Dobby’s death with a sock-shaped cake or when Ron tries to call Harry on the “fellytone,” this calendar has got you covered.

And that’s not all…

We are honored to be working with our friends at Fandom Forward as the charity partner for our 2022 Fandom Calendar. With your support, 25% of net proceeds will be donated to this 501(c)(3) organization, on behalf of everyone who purchases this must-have calendar, to help further its mission of turning fans into heroes. Together we can harness the power of pop culture to make activism more accessible for everyone.

Ready to order?

To order your calendar, just select one of the four options from the drop-down menu below and click “Buy Now” to proceed to payment. Because these calendars are being printed in and shipped from the United States, international prices are slightly higher to accommodate for additional shipping charges. However, all taxes and fees are included in the prices listed. Plus, get $5.95 off if you order two. Why not team up with a nearby friend or order one for yourself and one as a gift?

So many fans visit King’s Cross Station to take pictures of Platforms 9 and 10 that the station management erected a sign that says “Platform 9 3/4,” which, in the Harry Potter books, is invisible to Muggles but acts as a gateway for witches and wizards.
