Jim Kay is to base his illustrations of Ron Weasley on a British school boy. We previously reported that Kay is to fully illustrate the “Potter” series, with the first book due for release in 2015.

Bloomsbury Kids UK has revealed that Jim Kay will illustrate a new collection of the “Harry Potter” series. Bloomsbury tweeted the announcement this morning, together with an image of Kay’s Potter.
We previously reported that Booktrust, a charity in the UK that promotes reading, asked readers to pick their favorite children’s books from a selection of 100. “Philosopher’s Stone” was nominated in the ages 9-11 category. The results of the poll are now in!
