Cover Illustrator Revealed for Updated “Fantastic Beasts” Book, Plus Release Date
Bloomsbury UK threw us all into an excited spin this week when the publisher revealed its packed publishing schedule for “Harry Potter” and “Fantastic Beasts” over the next few years.
Among the announcements was the reveal that there would be an updated version of the much loved “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” textbook, first released back in 2001.
Bloomsbury Plans to Celebrate 20th “Potter” Anniversary
In the lead-up to the release of the second illustrated book and following the second successful Harry Potter Book Night on February 4, Bloomsbury UK has revealed its upcoming “Potter” plans. With the 20th anniversary of “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” looming, plenty of plans are in place to celebrate this exciting anniversary.
Patronus Charm Voted Favorite Spell from “Harry Potter”
As part of the celebrations for Harry Potter Book Night: A Night of Spells, Bloomsbury Children’s Books launched the first official global search to find the world’s favorite spell from the “Harry Potter” books. With over 2,700 votes, the Patronus Charm emerged in first place, followed closely by the Summoning Charm in second place with the Levitation Charm finishing in third.
