As you may have recently heard, MuggleNet and its family of diverse podcasts was nominated for FOUR People’s Choice Podcast Awards! The annual show is in its ninth year, and we at MuggleNet are honored to once again be a part of the festivities. Over the next three days we will be featuring each of our podcasts as a way to prepare and inform you for the upcoming voting period that begins on November 1.

Earlier this evening, it was revealed on a live broadcast by Podcast Awards creator Todd Cochrane that our family of podcasts earned nominations for the 2013 9th annual Podcast Awards.
Crowned as Best Villain at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards and all-around good guy in real life, Tom Felton – who portrayed Draco Malfoy in all eight Harry Potter films – will be at the Super MegaFest 2013 & Come Together MusicFest at Boston’s Sheraton Farmingham Hotel.
This year, we decided to switch it up a little bit and make the contest a little more interesting.

The People’s Podcast Awards recognizes the best podcasters in the world by allowing the people (listeners and podcasters) to nominate and then vote for their favorite podcast. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire‘s first chapters and moments will be opened for access to all Hufflepuff students starting at 12:00 p.m. ET today. As we reported previously, the early access is the reward that Hufflepuff students receive for winning the last House Cup.
