J.K. Rowling moving closer to releasing “Potter” book series in E-book format
For a while now we’ve been hearing that J.K. Rowling and her team are loking into publishing the Harry Potter book series in the E-book format. Yesterday, The Scotsman reported that they have moved closer to a final decision.

Earlier today, several actors from the Potter series were at the Apple Store in New York City (SoHo) to promote the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 on Blu-ray and DVD.

“Deathly Hallows – Part 2” test screened in Chicago, MuggleNet was there (updated)
Warner Brothers just finished test screening Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 in Chicago to an unsuspecting audience of around 400.
MuggleNet was there because we expected this mysterious test screening to be for Potter.

International Quidditch Assocation’s Western Cup to be streamed live today and tomorrow

Our friends at the International Quidditch Assocation are hosting the Western Cup this weekend in Los Angeles, and the two-day event will be streamed live online!
The stream will begin at 10:00 a.m. PT (1:00 p.m. ET, 5:00 p.m. GMT) and run through 7:00 p.m. PT.
