We couldn’t compile a list of sweet recipes without including Butterbeer! The Wizarding World of Harry Potter serves both hot and frozen versions of their signature drink. There are plenty of variations of Butterbeer recipes, but now there’s a simple way to enjoy it in delectable, creamy popsicle form! We kept our recipe simple with just three ingredients: butterscotch pudding mix, milk, and whipped topping.

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and the milk until fully combined.
  2. Let mixture sit in the refrigerator for five minutes to settle.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Carefully spoon mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze for at least five hours before eating. For best results, freeze overnight.
Decorating (optional)
  1. If desired, you can decorate by dipping the frozen popsicles into melted white chocolate.
  2. Finish by drizzing with butterscotch or caramel sauce.
