Universal Orlando’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter hits a Butterbeer milestone (updated)

UPDATE: Universal has released this picture from the park showing 1,000 lucky guests holding their free Butterbeer today.

Universal Orlando – home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – has announced that one million Butterbeers have been sold in the park.

To celebrate the occasion, today only park guests are receiving a voucher good for one of these delicious drinks.

It was back in August when Universal revealed there had been 1 million riders on Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, suggesting the unique rides are significantly more popular than the unique food and drinks (unsurprisingly).
