New construction photos show latest Wizarding World developments at Universal Studios Hollywood

As construction on the Wizarding World of Harry Potter continues at Universal Studios Hollywood, new photos published by MiceChat show the latest developments to Hogsmeade and the Hogwarts façade, among other elements.

We last updated you on the progress of the latest addition to the theme park back in September. Since then, it appears that quite a bit of progress has been made. Pieces of roofing for the buildings of Hogsmeade can be seen in the photographs, as well as some of Hogwarts’s turrets.

The queuing area for the newly reopened Shrek 4-D attraction provides the best glimpse of Hogsmeade yet! As the caption of one photo points out,

The queue for [Shrek 4-D] literally goes under the eaves of Hogsmeade.

Take a look at the progress:

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Hollywood is set to open in 2016.
