Evanna Lynch Fully Supports New Vegan App VeGuide

Evanna Lynch, apart from being very busy stealing hearts on Dancing with the Stars, is making good on her promise to fight for animals by supporting the first ever app that helps people go vegan.

The free VeGuide app, released by educational charity the Vegan Society, is now available for Android and iOS devices. The app was released to celebrate the Vegan Society’s 74th birthday on World Vegan Day (November 1). Evanna’s support of the app comes as no surprise. She is, after all, an advocate for animal rights, a long-term vegan, and the host of her podcast, ChickPeeps.

Lynch has expressed her gratitude and excitement over this latest piece of technology.

VeGuide is an amazing tool for new and transitioning vegans and the only app designed to help you transition to veganism in 30 days. The educational videos tell you about the life of a vegan, how to overcome obstacles and how to deal with cravings for cheese or chocolate. The amazing thing about it is that you can learn a little bit every day and discover veganism gradually.

She also emphasized that even non-vegans will find the app useful and encouraged fans to download and share it with everyone they know.

The app introduces users to the vegan lifestyle through a combination of interactive content, including shopping, nutrition, and recipe information tailored for an American audience. Those who are already budding vegans can use the app to stay motivated. It will provide them with facts and motivational quotes, specifically tailored to the reasons why they said they wanted to go vegan. The app also includes video content, presented by YouTuber Mic the Vegan, that includes quizzes and a rewards program.

Danielle Sanders, Digital Content Officer at the Vegan Society, expressed her excitement over the release of the app, saying that they specifically developed it with the vegan-curious in mind.

VeGuide was designed to provide a platform that’s more suited to the younger audience, which our research showed [is] the most likely age group to have an interest in veganism. We feel the development of VeGuide marks a new phase for [t]he Vegan Society and a new way of embracing veganism for the general public.

If you’ve been considering going vegan but just didn’t know how, this app is certainly the perfect one to get you started on your journey.

Growing up, I was a massive fan of Harry Potter and my love for the stories grew as I got older. It’s no surprise then that I love writing about all things Potter related. When I’m not writing about all the magic, you’ll find me reading (probably something Harry Potter related), listening to music, or writing some songs.
