“Puffs” to Hold Live Web Reading of “Nineteen-Ish Years After”

Puffs, or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic, the Off-Broadway tribute to the Harry Potter series, might have ended its run in August, but the magic of the fandom certainly isn’t stopping.

Tonight, April 10, Puffs will hold a live web reading of the sequel to Puffs, titled Nineteen-ish Years Later! The epilogue parody is being referred to as a “parody for charity” by the Puffs team since the funds raised from the reading will go to Queens Feeds Hospitals. The live web reading, as announced on Twitter, will be happening at 7:30 p.m. Eastern and will feature the original Off-Broadway cast of Puffs!

Additionally, the Puffs Twitter account has provided the link to the livestream of the reading, which will be hosted on YouTube.

A donation link can be found in the video’s description, and all proceeds will go to Queens Feeds Hospitals, a recently founded community-led initiative to “support our local restaurants [in Queens, New York City] who are struggling to survive” while feeding hospital workers at Elmhurst Hospital and  Mt. Sinai Queens.
