Emma Watson Covers Autumn/Fall Issue of “Wonderland”

The Harry Potter actor is no stranger to the camera, having starred in the third-highest-grossing film franchise in history, as well as been photographed for the 2020 edition of the Pirelli Calendar, a Lancôme campaign in 2012, and much more. She even did an interview and photoshoot for Wonderland back in 2014.

For this year’s Autumn/Fall issue of Wonderland, Watson spoke to cultural historian of the Middle East Dr. Shiva Balaghi, with whom she studied when she attended Brown University. Alongside discussing “the multiplicity behind the woman” Watson has become, the pair also talked about Emma’s directorial debut for Prada’s new refillable perfume and how the project came to be.

The perfume is called Paradoxe and experiments with new scents, including Serenolide and Ambrofix. Prada wanted to create a scent that is feminine and intense, and the product marks the first time Prada has experimented with neroli bud extraction.

The 32-year-old spent eight hours on the cover shoot for the magazine, in which she wears fashion by Prada, and while on the set of the shoot, she said, “I’ll be here until this shoot is iconic.”
