Emma Watson’s 2020 Pirelli Calendar Photos Unveiled!

by Mary Wojcicki · December 5, 2019

As we first reported in August, Emma Watson is among the celebrities featured in the 2020 Pirelli Calendar! The annual calendar from Italian brand Pirelli is known for its exclusivity, and it includes photos of some of the world’s most famous faces. The calendar’s theme for 2020 is “Looking for Juliet,” and it focuses on the Shakespearean heroine Juliet from the play Romeo and Juliet.

Italian fashion photographer Paolo Roversi photographed the 2020 calendar. The Express quoted Roversi in its article on Emma’s photographs.

I am still searching for my Juliet, and I will be searching all my life. Because Juliet is a dream.

In the photos Roversi took of Emma, she can be seen in a fashionable look based on her own interpretation of Juliet.

Drawing inspiration from the 16th century, the era in which the play was written, Emma wears a white headdress like the starched linen ones of the period.

She teams her headgear with an almost bridal strapless dress and adds drama to her look with matching shirt-like sleeves.

The award-winning actress sports minimal make-up in the theatrical pictures and completes her look with a single pair of hooped earrings.

Check out the photos of Emma below!

Potter History

August 13, 2007 – A SEC filing reported by the Orlando Sentinel reveals that Warner Bros. and Universal have an agreement for a targeted release date of the Harry Potter theme park between December 15, 2009, and June 30, 2010.

Potter Quote

“My brothers, my sisters. The clock is ticking faster. We who live for freedom, for truth, and for love. The moment has come to share my vision of the future that awaits if we do not rise up and take our rightful place in the world. Where we wizards are free. Aurors, join me in this circle, pledge to me your eternal allegiance, or die.”
