LeakyCon 2012 in Chicago has been over for just a few weeks now, but LeakyCon itself continues on. During the convention in Chicago, Melissa Anelli announced that LeakyCon 2013 would take place in Portland, Oregon. Shortly after the roar of the crowd died down, she added one more announcement.
