Rupert Grint Returns to the Small Screen in “Servant” Season 3

Fans of the psychological horror/thriller series Servant will be pleased to know that the trailer for Season 3 just dropped, and it seems like we’re in for a jam-packed ride filled with terrifying twists and turns.

We’ve loved seeing Rupert Grint portray the role of Julian Pearce in this stunning Apple TV+ series, and he’s even talked about how being a father in real life helped him prepare for the role. Now, we’re looking forward to seeing what his character gets up to in Season 3.

For those who are new to the show, it follows the story of a Philadelphia couple mourning the loss of their child. But all is not what it seems – they’re also dealing with supernatural forces trying to invade their home. Turning to transitory object therapy to deal with their loss, the couple hires a nanny, Leanne, to care for the “baby.” Leanne, however, has a dangerous and mysterious past, which causes strange things to happen in the house after she arrives. At the end of Season 2, it even seemed like the “baby” was alive. It’s interesting stuff for sure, and Season 3 is set to explore the baby’s return and the price that has to be paid.

Many have wondered how many seasons the show will be able to span, and if it’s up to producer M. Night Shyamalan, there will be plenty more to come. In fact, TV Insider has reported that Servant has received an early Season 4 renewal at Apple TV+. Matt Cherniss, Apple TV+ head of programming, expressed his excitement about the renewal.

Since the very first episode of Servant, audiences all over the world have loved buckling themselves in for this thrill ride, drawn into the cinematic, unsettling, twist-filled universe that M. Night Shyamalan has created. With each suspense-filled season, viewers have been able to experience the living nightmares of these compelling characters on an increasingly deeper level, and we can’t wait for everyone to see what’s in store as this gripping mystery takes another surprising turn in season four.

Season 3 consists of ten episodes, and the first one will debut on January 21, 2022.  Buckle up, because according to the trailer, we’re in for a wild ride.

Growing up, I was a massive fan of Harry Potter and my love for the stories grew as I got older. It’s no surprise then that I love writing about all things Potter related. When I’m not writing about all the magic, you’ll find me reading (probably something Harry Potter related), listening to music, or writing some songs.
