A set of first edition “Harry Potter” novels was sold this week at auction. The set was up for auction in Edinburgh and included all seven novels, including a rare and sought-after first edition of the first novel, “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.” Until now, the books were part of a private collection, and the set included a card signed by J.K. Rowling.
British newspaper “The Daily Mail” has issued an official apology to “Potter” author J.K. Rowling for a libelous article they posted about the author in September 2013.
